Glass Cleaning……. From inner surface

Diwali is coming and had to help mummy in the cleaning activities.

Was cleaning all the showcases. Just realized that the glasses look dirty cause they are dirty from inner surface. Generally when we do a daily or weekly cleaning then we do clean the glasses from outside, but hardly from inside.

Cleaning the glasses from outside is always important but insides of the glasses also needs cleaning once in a while!

Small thing it is but it tells a lot of things! : )

Happy Friday

I just found this a little amusing!

I was really happy while going home on that friday. Nothing great had happened really. But I was happy for I don’t know what reasons.

I do generally take close to 15-20 minutes to reach home from office. But by the time I reach home I am completely irritated with the unruly traffic the bad roads. No matter in what state of mind I leave the office I will be in the worst mood possible after reaching home.

I had thought the same will happen that friday as well.

On that Friday though, I took some thing over an hour for the same journey. It was raining heavily. I was half drenched. The traffic was immovable. Still you have to keep your vehicle running for the fear that poor gaddi might not start again as the start plug might be getting soaked in water. The roads were full of water, so u can not even make out the path holes also and get down right thorough them.
When I reached more than half way close to my place, the traffic became quite light. There was a cow standing right in the middle of the road. I tried to move her off by honking the horn. When I pressed the horn button, the gaddi abruptly stopped. The button start refused to work. But my dear gaddi did start with 2 kicks. I was smiling to myself till I reach home.

I think I should have gotten in the foulest mood ever after whole 1 hour in traffic soaked rain, but instead my happiness had not reduced a slightest bit.

Just so true is that when it is said, Nothing can alter your mood, if you are happy deep down inside. A pure happiness which just came by even without any particular reason just makes u happy from within.

Not yet got the formula to get that pure happiness yet. But looking for the day again when absolutely nothing can affect my good mood! :)

Power of Garabba

There are just so many things to write about currently, but I am just not getting time enough :(

Had gone for Garabaa on Navaratri weekend Night. There is a mandir near my place who holds the event each year.
The dholkiwalas and the ppl singing the garaba are just Too Good!!!!

And the ppl dancing on the tunes matching their steps and clapping , singing garabbas along some times.

The speed of the song keeps going up after some time interval. At some point of time, it becomes impossible for the singers to keep pace with the speed of dholkiwalas. Even some ppl stop dancing cause keeping the steps in order starts becoming difficult and energy level stops dropping.

Even after singers stops dholkiwals keep increasing the speed of song, every few minutes. Then it’s a sheer competition between dholkiwalas and dancers. Dolkilawalas will keep playing till the last dancer will not exhaust and stop dancing.

It’s never happened so far that the dancers still want to dance and dholkiwala’s can not increase the speed any more.

The whole thing is just simply awesome. Dancing there, doing the garabba, or even just watching ppl dance and hearing the dholki, is experience in itself.

All the ppl going to the big events can never get such an experience there. It has to be a simple authentic place to relish the Power of Garabba. You have to experience it to realize it !!
